For products made for you: Even though our products are personalized, we allow returns for remanufacturing or a refund (under certain conditions, which you can find here).
You have 30 days to contact us at contact@dmus.fr with your name, order number, and a photo of the soles to verify that the products have not been worn.
For outlet/archive models: You have 15 days to contact us at contact@dmus.fr with your name, order number, and a photo of the soles to verify that the products have not been worn. Upon receipt, you can receive a store credit or a refund.
