Since the creation of our brand, Dessine-moi un soulier, we have had the pleasure of advising tens of thousands of women in the creation of their custom made shoes.
It is always a great pleasure for us to discuss your project, your desires, but also your fears about the blank page, and the stress of not ordering the "right" shoes. The ones that might be too small, too big, too colorful or not colorful enough, too sparkly or not sparkly enough—in short, the fear of making a mistake.
We have therefore set up a virtual consultation service to allow you to benefit from our extensive experience in sizing, fitting, foot shapes, materials, colors... Or simply to reassure you and give you the opportunity to talk with us, to prove that yes—we are a team of passionate people who love meeting you, even virtually—yes, we handcraft everything in Portugal—and yes, the customer experience is very important to us.

Our showroom in Lyon
You can visit us by appointment at our Lyon showroom. We will take 45 minutes to try on shoes with you, let you test the heels, show you leather samples, and most importantly, provide you with expert advice!

Opening hours:
Tuesday to Friday: from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM - by appointment only.
Every other Saturday: from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM - by appointment only.
The showroom will be open on 2024 te following saturdays : 7 and 21 September - 5 and 19 October - 2, 16 and 30 November - 7 and 21 Décember.

All our personalized shoes are satisfaction guaranteed or remade. This means that if the size or aesthetics of the shoes are not suitable upon receipt, we will remake a new model at our expense to replace the previous one - see the conditions here.
