Since the creation of our brand, "Dessine-moi un soulier," we have had the joy of advising tens of thousands of women on the creation of their personalized shoes.
It is always a great pleasure for us to have discussions with you about your project, your desires, but also your fears when facing the blank page and the stress of not ordering the "right" shoes. The ones that might be too small, too big, too colorful or not colorful enough, too glittery, in short, to make a MISTAKE.
Therefore, we have set up a video advisory service to allow you to benefit from our extensive experience on sizes, fits, foot morphologies, materials, colors... Or simply to reassure you and to allow you to exchange with us to prove to you that yes - we are a team of enthusiasts who love to meet you, even virtually - yes, we make everything by hand in Portugal - and yes, the customer experience is very important to us.

SENDING TRY-ON MODELS
Getting our advice is great, but sometimes slipping your foot into the shoes is even better! To help you make your final choice, we offer to send you 1 or 2 try-on pairs at most.
It's very simple: we’ll review your needs and size together, and help you select the best try-on models to order.
Then, you will need to order these models on our outlet page.
We’ll ship them to you within a few days. Upon receipt, we can arrange a call or video chat if you have questions about the fit or design, and then we’ll send you a return label to send the shoes back to us.
Once we receive them, we will either issue a refund (minus €10 for shipping costs) or credit you with a voucher for your final pair of shoes.
Please note! It’s very important to review your needs with us to avoid sending try-on models "at random." Even if you have favorites on our outlet, the models might not fit correctly, so it's important to contact us beforehand.
