What is the delivery time for personalized products?
For personalized products, which require unique and individual crafting, delivery times may vary depending on raw material availability and production and transportation factors.
However, we typically deliver within a standard time frame of around 7 weeks (sometimes a bit less, sometimes a bit more). We do our best to deliver each product as quickly as possible, but please feel free to mention your required date in the order comments to help us manage production and shipping more effectively.
For customers in a hurry, we offer a priority delivery service within 3 to 4 weeks, at an additional cost of €50. This option can be selected in the cart before purchase. It ensures faster delivery through special logistics applied to your order. Again, if you have a specific deadline, don’t forget to note it in the order comments!
Please note that our production is European and operates on a sustainable basis. Our workshops take holidays, and some periods experience slower production, such as:
- Summer closure in August
- Holiday closure between Christmas and New Year's
While this doesn’t mean all production halts, if you want to place a priority order in August or December, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can work together to meet your delivery needs.
Additional note: Delivery times may be extended during special collaborations with other brands or platforms.
What is the delivery time for outlet products?
For archive models in the outlet, products will be shipped within 24 hours to 5 business days. If you have a specific deadline, don’t hesitate to inform us in the order comments.
