We deliver packages throughout mainland France, the Eurozone, and worldwide.
- Standard delivery in mainland France: Delivery is free to a pickup point via Chronopost, at the pickup point you selected in your cart.
- In-store pickup: If you prefer delivery to a store, simply indicate this in the order comments.
- Home delivery with signature: If you prefer home delivery with signature, you can select this option in the delivery methods in your cart. The package will be delivered via UPS with a required signature.
Once the products are shipped, a tracking number is automatically sent to you so that you can track your shipment. Please note, sometimes these emails end up in your spam folder!
- Delivery outside mainland France: Shipping fees will apply. They vary depending on the country, so enter your address in the cart to calculate the cost.
These shipments will be delivered to your home with a required signature. If you are unavailable to receive your order, the carrier may place the package at a pickup point.

The product purchased by the customer will be delivered within approximately 7 weeks from the date of the order within the European zone. We guarantee delivery within a maximum of 60 days. Of course, we take into account any requested delivery dates indicated in-store or in the order comments, subject to feasibility.
