After all, we don’t all have the same feet, and those for whom finding the right fit is a struggle shouldn’t have to choose between style and comfort!
There are small feet, wide feet, feet of different sizes, high arches, narrow feet, asymmetrical toes… In short, there are so many reasons why finding the right shoes can be difficult, which is why we believe offering a made-to-measure service is essential.
This service is designed for women who face serious challenges in finding shoes, due to issues such as very wide or very narrow feet, a pronounced bunion (hallux valgus), feet of different lengths and sizes, and more.
This service allows you to create the pair of shoes of your dreams on demand, starting from a wide selection of base models. Just like with a standard Dessine-moi un soulier creation, you can personalize your shoes (color, material, shape, heel height and style, accessories…) on a specific last made exclusively for you, crafted to match the unique shape of your feet.
To achieve this, measurements will be taken, allowing our production workshops to create a shoe last tailored specifically to you, ensuring a perfect fit for your feet.
To subscribe to this service and before placing any orders, please send a request to contact@dmus.fr. Based on the shape of your feet, our team can advise you on the most suitable models to ensure both comfort and aesthetics.
To take your measurements, you can book an appointment at our Lyon showroom or schedule a video call to learn the steps involved.
If visiting the store is not possible, we can send you a form with detailed instructions on the measurements needed.
This exceptional service is offered at a non-refundable fee of €80, in addition to the regular cost of creating your chosen pair of shoes.
The production time for made-to-measure shoes is 10 to 12 weeks.
You may also opt for expedited delivery within 5 weeks from the order date for an additional €50.
