What are the delivery options?

We deliver packages throughout mainland France, the Eurozone, and worldwide.

  • Standard delivery in mainland France: Delivery is free to a pickup point via Chronopost. You can select your pickup point when placing the order.
  • In-store pickup: If you prefer in-store pickup, simply indicate this in the order comments.
  • Home delivery with signature: If you prefer home delivery with signature, you can select this option in your cart at a cost of €5. Your package will be delivered by UPS.

Once the products are shipped, a tracking number is automatically sent to you so you can track your shipment. Please note, sometimes these emails end up in your spam folder!

  • Delivery outside mainland France: Shipping fees will apply. These fees vary by country, and you can calculate them by entering your address in the cart.

These shipments will be delivered to your home with a required signature. If you are unavailable to receive your order, the carrier may place the package at a local pickup point.

The product purchased by the customer will be delivered within approximately 7 weeks from the date of the order within Europe. We guarantee delivery within a maximum of 60 days. Of course, we take into account any requested delivery dates indicated in-store or in the order comments, subject to feasibility.

Please note, we only cover one delivery per customer!

What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

If your order shows a "delivered" status but you haven’t received it, please contact us at contact@dmus.fr. For any delays we haven't notified you about, contact us at contact@dmus.fr.

What is the delivery time for personalized products?

For personalized products, which require unique and individual manufacturing, delivery times may vary unpredictably depending on the availability of raw materials and the production and shipping process.

However, we generally deliver orders in the standard time frame of around 7 weeks (sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more). We do our best to deliver each product as quickly as possible, but feel free to indicate the date you need your shoes or accessories in the order comments, to help us manage the production and shipping process individually.

For customers in a hurry, we offer a priority delivery service in 3 to 4 weeks for an additional cost of €50. This option can be selected in your cart before purchase. It ensures faster delivery thanks to special logistics applied to your order. Again, if you have a specific deadline, please mention it in the order comments!

Please note that our production is European and sustainable, and our workshops close during the following periods:

  • Summer holidays in August
  • Holiday break between Christmas and New Year’s

This does not mean our entire production halts, but if you want to place a priority delivery order in August or December, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can discuss the best way to ensure your delivery.

Another note: Delivery times may be extended during special collaborations with other brands or platforms.

What is the delivery time for outlet products?

For models from our archives (outlet), products will be shipped within 24 hours to 5 business days. If you have a specific deadline for delivery, feel free to mention it in the order comments.

My delivery address is incorrect, what should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@dmus.fr, and we will check if your order has already been shipped. We will provide possible solutions depending on the status of your order. Please note, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the address!

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you when your package is dispatched. It will allow you to follow its progress. Don’t forget to check your spam folder!

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is free to a pickup point in mainland France. Delivery costs outside mainland France will be calculated in the cart when you enter your address.

What are the delivery times and methods?

We deliver to a pickup point near you, or to your home if no pickup point is available nearby.

What are the manufacturing times for shoes?

Your shoes are made just for you, which takes time. Our workshops require 7 to 8 weeks for production. If your deadline is approaching, we offer express delivery in 3 to 4 weeks.
