Your personalized shoes

Since the creation of our brand, Dessine-moi un soulier, we've had the pleasure of helping tens of thousands of women create their own personalized shoes.

And it's always a pleasure to talk to you about your project, your desires, but also your fears when faced with the blank page, and the stress of not ordering the "right" shoes.

Those that are too small, too big, too colorful or not colorful enough, in short, to TRUMP you.

We have therefore set up a advice by videoconference, to enable you to benefit from our long experience in sizes, footwear, foot morphologies, materials, colors...

These appointments last between 15 and 45 minutes depending on your needs, and are free of charge and without obligation, and are a prerequisite for home fitting models.

By default, you'll receive a Teams link to carry out the video, but if you prefer whatsapp, note it in the appointment commentary and we'll call you in whatsapp video.

Sending fitting models

It's good to have our advice, but sometimes it's even better to be able to slip your foot into our shoes!

We can send you 1 or 2 pairs of fittings maximum, to help you make your final choice.

It's very simple: together, we'll take stock of your search and your shoe size, and help you select the best fitting model to order.

Then you'll need to order these models on our outlet.

We ship them to you within a few days.

On receipt, we can make a call or a video if you have any questions about the size or design, and then send you a return slip to send the shoes back to us.

Once we receive your shoes, we'll either refund your money (minus €10 postage), or give you a credit note for the final shoes.

Watch out!

It's very important to be able to take stock of your research, so that you don't send "random" fitting models.

Even if you have fallen in love with our outlet, the models may not fit all sizesPlease contact us in advance.
