Because all our models fit differently, and we know that you may be afraid to order without trying them on, we've listed all the fit of our models, so that we can guide you through the creation process.
All our shoes are French-made, in the tradition of French luxury footwear.
To explain the technique, our full sizes differ in length by 6.66 mm, and our half sizes by 3.33 mm.
We make all our models in sizes 34 to 43, with half sizes. We can also produce models in sizes 33.5 and 43.5 on request by email.

- our size recommendations have been carefully studied. Even if we recommend taking a size smaller than your usual size, trust us!
- your shoe size will be systematically checked by our team if the model's fit is special. You will receive a verification email before we launch your creation into production.
- if ever it was too small/too big, returns are allowed within 1 month (click here to find out more).

To make sure your shoe fits perfectly, we offer half sizes.
We can also widen your shoes if they don't fit perfectly. Don't hesitate to ask us for advice!
Don't hesitate to add comments in the dedicated space when you place your order, to let us know if you have wide/fine feet, or even a size difference between each foot!
This will enable us to adapt the product, as far as possible, to your morphology.
Do the shoes fit normally?
Our shoes fit differently depending on the model. Here is a summary:
Round-toe pumps
The pumps closed in front You can choose your usual shoe size. Whether slingback or not.
Need more or less width? Let us know when you place your order.
Would you like a more or less deep neckline? Let us know when you place your order.
After processing, we can advise you on whether to widen your foot slightly at reception, or to create a special shape for your foot.

Platform pumps
Platform pumps – open and closed - fit large, and we recommend opting for half a size smaller than your usual shoe size.
In fact, they tend to fit wide, and you risk slipping your shoes off at the back if you take your usual size.
For example, if you wear a size 37, take a 36.5.
Platform pumps with 8 cm chunky heel, fits very large, and we recommend a full size below your usual shoe size.
For example, if you wear a size 37, take a 36.

Pointed-toe pumps
Pointed-toe pumps You can choose your usual shoe size. Whether slingback or not.
Beware, however, that this model is rather narrow and less suitable for strong feet.

Closed-toe salomés
Salomés closed As the front shoes fit normally, you can choose your usual size.
Please note that this model has a large cutout on the toes, so it is not recommended for feet suffering from hallux valgus. Please let us know when you place your order, so that we can raise the cutout.

Salomés open in front
Open front salomés fit a little large, and we recommend opting for a half-size smaller than your usual shoe size.
With their V-neckline, they're perfect for thin feet, but also for wide feet that need to be well wrapped (in this case, please let us know in the order comments so we can widen them before shipping).
For example, if you wear a size 37, take a 36.5.

Platform salomés
Platform salomés - both open and closed - fit a little large, and we recommend opting for half a size smaller than your usual shoe size.
In fact, if you opt for your usual size, you risk having a heel that slips out of place and rubs a little on the back.

The Salome cross-strap platform - in 8 cm chunky heel, fits very large, and we recommend a full size below your usual shoe size.
For example, if you wear a size 37, take a 36.

Sneakers
Velcro or lace-up sneakers normal footwear.
We haven't defined a half-size for this model, as it wouldn't be useful: you wouldn't feel any difference.
However, if you're hesitating between two half-sizes, we recommend taking the larger one.
For example, if your shoe size is 37.5, we recommend a size 38.

Charlotte flat sandals If your shoes run a little large, we advise you to wear half a size smaller than your usual shoe size.
If you wear a size 37, take a 36.5.

Please note that this model may be suitable for slightly wide feet, but will not be suitable for very wide feet.

Take your usual size, or even half a size larger if your feet tend to swell or if you have a particularly strong kick.

Closed-toe ballerinas
Closed-toe ballerinas If your shoes fit normally, we recommend that you use your usual size.
Open-toe ballerinas Since the front shoes are large, we advise you to wear half a size smaller than your reference size.
Be careful, they are very low cut on the front of the foot, and highlight the toes. If you're looking for something with a little more coverage, we recommend you opt for the escarpin or the open-fronted salome, or our other sandal models.

Our first pattern was a little narrow, so we changed the shape to make Romy suitable for all feet and all materials!

Richlieus flats and heels
Flat richelieus with 6 and 8 cm heels fit small, and we recommend taking a half-size larger than your usual shoe size, so you can be comfortable in the back.
For example, if you wear a size 37, take a 37.5.
For richelie shoes with 10 cmWe recommend that you wear a full size larger than your usual shoe size.
For example, if you wear a size 37, take a size 38.
Visit platform richelieus are also small, we recommend that you take a half size above your usual size for the heel of 8 cmand a full size for the 10 and 12 cm.

Billie boots
Billie boots normal footwear.
Please note that this model fits rather wide, and sits high on the ankle.
Its thick sole gives it a rockier, more "massive" look than our other, thinner boots.
Carla boots
Carla boots fit normally, if not a little large.
If you have a thin foot or instep, we advise you to wear half a size smaller than your usual size.
