How to measure your foot

For optimal measurements, you need to enlist the help of another person.

Stand upright - each foot on a sheet of paper.

Ask someone to trace the contours of your foot, using a sharpened pencil positioned at 90° to the paper.

Draw a vertical line and a horizontal line to measure width and length at both ends.

Repeat the operation 3 or 4 times to check that the measurements are correct (if you find different measurements on each trace, it's because the trace hasn't been drawn properly).
