Create your own cabaret shoes

At Dessine-moi un soulier, design is our language.

And the stage, a playground where every detail counts.

That's why we support artistic productions, costume designers, dance companies and stage directors in the creation of totally customized show shoes.

We put our craftsmanship and aesthetic sensitivity at the service of your technical, scenic and creative needs.

Whether you're a cabaret or dance troupe, a costume designer for film or theater, or a professional in the world of events and entertainment, you must have been looking for the perfect shoes to complement your outfits and dress your dancers.

With 10 years' experience in the manufacture of customized shoes and the development of new models, Dessine-moi un soulier has perfected the art of creating exceptional shoes, ceremonial shoes and show shoes.

Whether you're an artist or a costume designer, we're here to help you customize the perfect shoes for your stage costumes.

Dancers: be well-shod, but never compromise

A dance troupe is all about moving bodies, precise gestures and fast sequences. A good pair of shoes becomes a real partner in the game. With us, every shoe is designed to fit the constraints of the stage:

  • flexible sole,
  • heel stability,
  • grip on the ground,
  • comfort over time,
  • lightness and support,
  • aesthetic in harmony with the costumes.

We work closely with your teams - choreographers, costume designers, stage managers - to create tailor-made shoes that respect your artistic direction while ensuring safety and durability. From the first rehearsals to touring, your dancers need to be able to rely on their feet.

Style and technique for every discipline

Classical, contemporary, cabaret, musical comedy, hip-hop or tango: each dance style has its own requirements. We adapt our models and finishes to your needs:

  • Reinforced heels for lateral support,
  • flexible or rigid materials depending on movements,
  • specific shapes for safe dancing,
  • resistant sewing and technical stitching,
  • optimal balance between aesthetics and functionality.

We can also create shoes designed to be seen from afar (TV sets, deep scenes), or on the contrary, designed for close-ups (cinema, shoots, music videos).

Infinite customization possibilities

With over 80 materials available in our workshop, and hundreds of combinations of colors, shapes, cuts and heel heights, each troupe can create its own unique visual identity.

Would you like a model inspired by the 1920s?

A futuristic silver shoe?

A high sandal in cracked leather?

Anything is possible.

You can :

  • choose each component (upper, lining, sole, straps, buckles),
  • include your logo or show name,
  • offer the model in several sizes and versions (men's/women's/unisex),
  • design a pre-launch test prototype,
  • adjust production deadlines to the creation schedule.

They put their trust in us

Since our creation, we've had the pleasure of collaborating with numerous companies and artistic structures: costume designers for theater and opera, contemporary dance companies, performing arts schools, musicals and film projects. Each project is unique. Each pair is a piece of creation.

How does it work in practice?

  1. You contact us with your requirements or technical brief.
  2. We discuss your constraints, your wishes and your budget.
  3. We co-construct a model: sketch, prototype, choice of materials.
  4. Once validated, we launch production.
  5. You'll receive your pairs by the agreed deadline.

Our team remains available throughout the process: we know that artistic creations evolve along the way, and we're flexible.
