Delivery and returns
What is the delivery time for personalized products?
Nevertheless, we deliver our orders in conventional lead time of about 7 weeks (sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more). We do our utmost to deliver each product as quickly as possible, but don't hesitate to let us know when you need your shoes or accessories, in order to help us manage the production and dispatch of each item.
For our customers in a hurry, we offer a service of priority delivery in 3 to 4 weekswith a €50 surcharge. This option must be ticked in the shopping basket before purchase. It ensures faster delivery, thanks to special logistics that will be applied to your order. Once again, if you have a deadline, please note it in your order comments!
Please note that our production is European and reasoned, our workshops take vacations, and some periods have a slower production:
- summer closure in august
- closed for the holidays between Christmas and New Year's Day
This doesn't mean that all our manufacturing is at a standstill, but if you want to order priority delivery in August or DecemberWe recommend that you contact us before placing your order, so that we can work together to find the best way to deliver your order.
Please note: our lead times may be extended during special operations in partnership with other brands or platforms.
What delivery methods are available?
Standard delivery in mainland France : delivery is offered via chronopost, you can select your relay point when ordering.
If you would like your order to be delivered in-store, just let us know in the order comments.
If you prefer home delivery with signature, you can select it in the shopping basket - at a cost of €5 - the package will be delivered by UPS.
Once the products have been shipped, a tracking number is sent automatically, so you can follow your shipment. Beware, they sometimes slip into spam!
Delivery outside mainland France : shipping costs will be charged. Please enter your address in the shopping cart to calculate them.
These shipments will be delivered to your home against a signature. If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier can place the parcel in a relay point.
Once the products have been shipped, a tracking number is sent automatically, so you can follow your shipment. Beware, they sometimes slip into spam!
The product purchased by the customer will be delivered within approximately 7 weeks from the date of order within Europe. We guarantee delivery within 60 days. Of course, we take into account all delivery dates indicated in the store or in the order comments, subject to feasibility.
Please note that we can only accept one delivery per customer!
What should I do if I don't receive my order?

Returns
- For products made for you : even if our products are customized, we authorize returns for remanufacturing or refund (under certain conditions), which you can find here).
You have 30 days to contact us at the following address contact@dmus.fr with your name and order number and a photo of your insoles, to certify that the products have not been worn.
- For outlet models / our archives : you have 15 days to contact us at the following address contact@dmus.fr with your name and order number and a photo of your insoles, to certify that the products have not been worn. Upon receipt, you will be entitled to a credit note or a refund.
Product care
General advice
- The installation of a protective pad under your leather soles, by a shoemaker. Leather is a noble material, but it does get damaged. This will not only keep your shoes in top condition over time, but also prevent them from slipping on certain types of terrain!
- Waterproofing for all leathers except sequins and glitter (on receipt, then about once a quarter).
Then adapt these tips to your materials!
Care instructions by material
- Here's a tip for cleaning a stain from your velvet. You'll need the following items: velvet sponge, velvet brush, sandpaper or medium, colorless Renétine and essence F, Hussar stain remover and an eraser (see Video).
- Brush the shoe to remove impurities.
- Do the same, rubbing harder with the velvet sponge. This will not alter your velvet, but will remove deep impurities.
- Rub the stain with sandpaper or across the entire shoe in the direction of the bristles, if it's stained all over. On the underside of the thumb, make small circles.
- Brush again.
- Put a little petrol on a paper towel and rub it into the stain.
- Take the eraser and erase the stain.
- For even greater perfection, lightly scrape the stain with a trencher.
- For interior velvet, use Hussar stain remover. Apply to a paper towel and rub. Repeat if necessary.
- Brush again
- Apply renoretin spray 20cm from the shoe and leave to dry.
That's all there is to it!
Smooth leather :
Cleanse with cleansing milk, then apply moisturizing cream (such as hand cream).
Waterproofing.
Patent leather :
Clean them with cleansing milk, and that's all there is to it!
Fine sequins and glitter :
Dust with a soft cloth and, if necessary, brush with a velvet brush.
Hair :
Absolutely nothing, the material is very fragile.
Reptiles and metallized :
Dust with a soft cloth.

What is my account for?
Your account is essential for ordering shoes. It allows our team to access your order and transmit it to our manufacturing workshops.
Your address is used for delivery. Your email and telephone number enable us to contact you if necessary, and your address is used for shipping.
How is my personal data used?

Payment
How can I pay for my order?
- You can pay by :- CB (visa or mastercard) via our secure BNP platform: Mercanet. Don't worry, you don't need to have a BNP bank account to pay via this platform, it's simply the BNP bank that secures your transaction information. Paypal– Transfer on request - by email to contact@dmus.fr- Check By e-mail to contact@dmus.fr. Please note that we will wait for the cheque to clear before sending your order to production, which may add one or two weeks to the lead time. Gift Card using the code on your gift card
