Where are my shoes made?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

Dessine-moi un Soulier shoes are produced in Portugal, in the Saint Jean de Madeira region.<\/p>\n

What materials and colors are available?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

Our 110 colors are organized into categories: smooth leather, velvet, patent, fine glitter, glitter, metallic and iridescent, hair. Suede, viperine and metallic leathers are goat leathers. Smooth and patent leathers are calf leathers. Fine paillette and glitter are coated cottons.<\/p>\n

Where do the materials used come from?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

The materials come from Spain, Portugal and Italy, from tanneries renowned for their expertise.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I order material samples?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

The material order is the possibility of ordering material samples with their precise titles, and receiving them by post within 10 days. If you can't come to us at the showroom in Lyon<\/a>This will enable you to see, touch and combine the materials we offer.<\/p>\n

Why is there a difference between my sample and the pair I received?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

Color baths differ slightly for each skin type. Be aware that the product you order may have a very slightly different shade from the one you received in your sample, especially if the time between receiving samples and your order exceeds 1 month.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What justifies price variations?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

Dessine-moi Un Soulier offers a wide range of materials and colors. Depending on the complexity of the model and the nobility of the materials used, prices may vary.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Delivery and returns<\/h3><\/div><\/div>

What is the delivery time for personalized products?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

For products made to order (personalized products, from the Bridal Collection or the Inspiration Gallery)<\/strong>For products that require unique, one-off production, lead times can vary randomly, depending on our supply of raw materials and the vagaries of production and transport.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, we deliver our orders in\u00a0conventional lead time of about 7 weeks<\/strong>\u00a0(sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more). We do our utmost to deliver each product as quickly as possible, but don't hesitate to let us know when you need your shoes or accessories, in order to help us manage the production and dispatch of each item.<\/p>\n

For our customers in a hurry, we offer a service of\u00a0priority delivery in 3 to 4 weeks<\/strong>with a \u20ac50 surcharge. This option must be ticked in the shopping basket before purchase. It ensures faster delivery, thanks to special logistics that will be applied to your order. Once again, if you have a deadline, please note it in your order comments!<\/p>\n

Please note that our production is European and reasoned, our workshops take vacations, and some periods have a slower production:<\/p>\n

- summer closure in august<\/p>\n

- closed for the holidays between Christmas and New Year's Day<\/p>\n

This doesn't mean that all our manufacturing is at a standstill, but\u00a0if you want to order priority delivery in August or December<\/em><\/strong>We recommend that you contact us before placing your order, so that we can work together to find the best way to deliver your order.<\/p>\n

Please note: our lead times may be extended during special operations in partnership with other brands or platforms.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What delivery methods are available?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

We deliver packages anywhere in mainland France, the euro zone and the rest of the world.<\/p>\n

Standard delivery in mainland France :<\/strong>\u00a0delivery is offered via chronopost, you can select your relay point when ordering.<\/p>\n

If you would like your order to be delivered in-store, just let us know in the order comments.<\/p>\n

If you prefer home delivery with signature, you can select it in the shopping basket - at a cost of \u20ac5 - the package will be delivered by UPS.<\/p>\n

Once the products have been shipped, a tracking number is sent automatically, so you can follow your shipment. Beware, they sometimes slip into spam!<\/em><\/p>\n

Delivery outside mainland France :<\/strong>\u00a0shipping costs will be charged. Please enter your address in the shopping cart to calculate them.<\/p>\n

These shipments will be delivered to your home against a signature. If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier can place the parcel in a relay point.<\/p>\n

Once the products have been shipped, a tracking number is sent automatically, so you can follow your shipment. Beware, they sometimes slip into spam!<\/em><\/p>\n

The product purchased by the customer will be delivered within approximately 7 weeks from the date of order within Europe. We guarantee delivery within 60 days. Of course, we take into account all delivery dates indicated in the store or in the order comments, subject to feasibility.<\/p>\n

Please note that we can only accept one delivery per customer!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What should I do if I don't receive my order?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

If your order tracking shows \"delivered\" status but you have not received it, please contact us at\u00a0contact@dmus.fr<\/a>.<\/p>\n
