At Dessine-moi un soulier, we produce shoes and leather goods individually, just for you.

 


This means we can't make "exchanges" when the product doesn't fit, we have to make it all over again.

Because your satisfaction is our ultimate priority, we offer you - despite the fact that your shoes have been made for you - the opportunity to return them to us.

You can choose between remanufacturing or refund (please note that special cases apply to refunds).

Please note that personalized wedding sneakers with personal inscriptions specific to each order will not be eligible for returns.


To do this you need :

Respect a maximum delay of 1 month for customization and 15 days for outlet models

- Contact us by email at contact@dmus.frto explain the problem and send us photos of the soles to prove that the shoes have not been worn.

We will create a return label for you following this email.

If you wish a remanufacturing, it will be transparent for you, if you wish a refund, we will charge 10€ for return postage, deducted from the refunded amount.

Do not wear shoes at all We recommend that you try them out on a carpet to avoid unpleasant surprises!

Remanufacturing

You've received your pair and... It's too small/too big, you're not sure of the color, you should have put a bow...

In short, you're not satisfied with 100%.

Once we have received your return (see conditions above - return addresses are given by email only), we will proceed to remanufacture the model.

Don't forget to attach photos to your email, as we can sometimes solve problems - such as width - without remanufacturing.

Want to change your entire model? It's possible!

We will remanufacture any model in our range if it is of the same commercial value as the product originally ordered.

If the price of the remanufactured model is higher, we ask you to contribute to the difference; if it is lower, we do not refund the difference.

Please note that for custom-made models, remanufacturing will be done on the same shape as previously created!

Now you'll have to wait a little while for your new beauties...

Reimbursements

Once again, you've received your product...

And it doesn't fit, and you don't have time to wait for a new remanufacture.

What's going on?

No problem, we'll pay you back!

So yes, of course, we'd rather communicate with you and remake, to make sure that one day you'll be able to proudly wear your Dessine-moi un soulier shoes, but we can adapt! 🙂

In which cases we do not refund (but only remanufacture):

- all pairs purchased on our eshop via a third party - store or eshop

- all pairs purchased with a gift coupon or special promotional offer

- additional services and home delivery: additional cost for customized service, fast delivery, protective pad, customer stamp, modifications on quotation...

Pampering

You've received your product and some details are bothering you: you find that the quality isn't exactly what you'd hoped for.

Don't panic!

Even though we work hard to keep quality under control throughout the production chain, there can be occasional slip-ups.

Don't forget that all pairs are handmade individually...

It's much more complicated to control than a large production run of identical models.

In this case: send us an email to contact@dmus.fr with photos, explaining the details that upset you.

We'll take care of the return of your pair so you can pamper them as quickly as possible! 🙂

What's next for your first creation?

If you have browsed the page about our know-how and commitmentyou've discovered that waste isn't our thing.

It's out of the question to throw the model in the garbage can, or even worse, to degrade it before throwing it away, as some luxury brands do!

Not at all, your old product will live a new lifee: it will be made available to our customers in our boutique, for fittings, and will be sold reconditioned in our outlets page.

Return shipping costs - Metropolitan France only

To return your shoes, we will issue a return label, which you can stick on your parcel. This label must be requested in advance by email to contact@dmus.fr.

For returns for remanufacturing or exchange, we cover the return shipping costs. For refunds, however, we ask you to contribute €10 to the return shipping costs, which we deduct from the refunded amount.

Please note that this applies to mainland France only.
